not sure I would say Lorenzen "lost it" because the magic of Fetter and co.

Looking at his game log, his first game for Philly he pitched 8 innings and had 101 pitches. His 2nd game he pitched 9 innings and had 124 pitches. The majority of his games he had about 90 pitches. I wouldn't be surprised if they over worked him for those two games and he has some sort of arm fatigue.
