Just curious about all you baseball analysts who feel Miguel Cabrera needs to be moved down in the lineup..you do grasp Detroit has 5 positions ranked 26th or worse in offensive WAR...and will win 70 or fewer games...and who ya gonna promote above Miguel..let me know.

This is a truly strange article..since 6/1/2019 through 6/1/2021 Boyd ranks 126/136 SP who have thrown 120 IP in ERA 5.47 (min) and 130/136 HR/9 2.03..to blame a 7.84 ERA and 5 HR in his last 5 outings on bad luck..GTFO..this is a return to how Boyd has performed for 2 full years.

Need a big game from Mize with Lynn on the other side.

As far as Miggy tough one. The problem is who moves up. And batting 5th or 6th not sure that changes much.

Placed OF Victor Reyes on the 10-day injured list with a left intercostal strain, backdated to June 2nd.

OF Derek Hill has been recalled from Triple A Toledo.

Can't be made in that inning, made Lynn pitch. Bad 3rd out out by Rogers though.
 
Fun note Baddoo tops all rookies in BB%. Before he walked it was 12.9%.
 
Tigers hitters are just not made for tv. Very boring squad AA has put together.
 
Miggy is currently at .311 lifetime for batting average I sure hope he stays above .300.
