I watched the game vs Maryland on Big 10 network on Saturday. First time I have seen the team this year. Seems like a lot of stocky body types compared to the recent past. No skinny slap hitters in the starting lineup. They look like they can be powerful hitters, but appeared kind of slow on the base paths.
 
Lost 4-1 in opener of 4 game series with Northwestern. I sure hope they bounce back the next 3 games

Damn! What is wrong with Storako today. Started by giving up a walk, then a HR, then another HR, and almost a 3rd HR. Get it together woman!
 
And she gives up another HR to start the 2nd inning. I'm glad she wasn't pitching like this earlier in the weekend.
 
Pitching was terrible. Coach used all three of the pitchers and all were bad. Well, they won the regular season championship. Would have liked to see them continue to dominate Minnesota in the last game. I have a feeling they will be facing them again in the B1G tournament.
 
Yeah but 3-1 in the road at Minnesota is pretty good !
 
So our Lady Wolverines of softball are playing tomorrow in the Seattle regional against Seattle U, Friday 5/21 at 5 PM PDST - so that would be 8 PM EDST.

The game will be televised on ESPN 2 (the Deuce).
