Not sure what youre referring to but assuming youre right about whatever he said today, i dont think you can go to prison for lying if you're not under oath.

In the WaPo there was a gossipy column where some of Pence's people are now trying to claim Pence was unaware of what Trump was doing & saying to Zelensky, while Trump was sending Pence on diplomatic missions to Kyiv. Whether or not that's true, not a good sign that they're trying to distance themselves from Trump's people at this moment.

There is a whole lot of creative interpretation what Trump was doing and saying to Zelensky.

There is a lot of interpretive verbiage in the whistleblower complaint that is simply not in the (not a) transcript that seems to be being accepted as fact now, by many.

I think beginning an official impeachment inquiry against any president - regardless of how much of an asshole that president might be - based on an interpretation of something said is a pretty bad road to go down.

There are only four freaking months until the election starts.

If he?s so bad go out and beat him at the ballot box.

As for me, I am intending to vote against Trump in the California Republican primary on March 3 of 2020, for, again, the candidate who has the best snowball?s chance in hell of beating him for the nomination.

well, a Democrat president (Obama) has been credibly accused of doing exactly what Trump is being accused of without any real evidence. And the person he did it for was running for POTUS and one of the major players carried out the orders and interfered with a foreign investigation into a company that employed his incompetent moronic son and that guy is currently the front runner for the Dem nomination for POTUS. No one is telling him to step down.
