It looks like my pal Spock is getting his button pushed. lol

For me, on the surface it looks like the 5 or so years of Tony Phillips 24 WAR,
or a near career Tiger Tom Brookens 9 WAR.
Wockenfuss 5+WAR,
Mickey Stanley 12WAR and about 80% games played in the outfield.

Kind of leaning to Phillips as he played both infield and outfield and had very good obp along with .280ish ave.

It was between Phillips and Halter in my mind. Some of the names were not really utility guys, they were just part time players. Halter could play ANY position so I gave my vote to him.

I voted for Kelly.

A utility guy IMO does not have to be a great hitter.

Don Kelly can play 7 positions average or better, can be emergency catcher if needed.

That alone is a great deal of value, compared to guy who play fewer positions.

Throws a yellowhammer curveball if you need him to pitch

He's not a great player, but he's a guy you love to have on your bench.

I am having fun watching this vote go back and forth...

You cannot count what Stanley did in the 1968 World series... he gets my vote..

Which 7 positions does he play average or better? I'll concede corner outfield and maybe third, otherwise, disagree with "average".

LOL Skeeter Barnes.. Man did the Tigers have some sucky players back in the day.. HAHAHAHAH!!!! I still remember him..

Tony Phillips with an 11-5 lead and 52% of the vote.
