Welcome Jonathan Banks

Low risk but very likely low reward too.

Low risk for sure, but can you elaborate on what low reward means and how he fits that definition? Not picking on you, I'm just trying to understand your angle...

Banks is a zone guy. Hope slay is ok. Worth a 7th

Tom's not likely to do that. Its a lot of "he sucks" and "he's a turd". That's it. No knowledge behind any of it......just trolling. You're better off trying to have a conversation with someone with football a football IQ over 3.

Experienced corner
Thought to have 2nd round talent by some
6'2 so nice size
Maybe didn't fit bucs system or wasn't coached well

Or just give up because he is a turd per some fan. A fan that is ALWAYS negative

With all of our injures it's probably a great move to get another body for the defense.

no...common sense. A team that has a bad pass defense trades a player they took in the 2nd round for a 7th rounder. It's very likely that he just isn't a good player. It's funny how homers react. I'm just a realist and I'm right more often than not.

No you arent right more often than not. You were wrong on stafford. Wrong on weapons. Wrong on oline. And you will be wrong about the defense when they get healthy. And you got lucky abdullah got hurt or you would be wrong about the run game too

Caldwell 10-6 in last 16. Lkp right. Dalton dead wrong

i feel like LKP compared to tom lol. Sheesh man, it was a 7th rd pick and we started the likes of that shitty Bademosi turd last week. Diggs cant cover for shit. Lawson is a walking PI call. Banks might not even see the field....but its worth trying something different than the scrubs we have on this team.

You still didn't really answer my question. I guess New England fucked up. They took a linebacker (drafted in the second round) from a team with a shit linebacking corps. Probably just a terrible player... and you know New England is usually wrong...

It's bizarro world. I believe in the past I've mentioned that I've always appreciated your input hughes, despite how harsh it might be at times, but if even you are saying it's a move with upside, then Quin did the right thing.

Welcome back. We love Cooter on this board.

Everyone loves a little Cooter now and then despite their orientation. I'm assuming most on this board loves a lot of Cooter.

Not taking a side, but New England does screw up a lot. For a long time they sucked at drafting. Where I feel they excell is they don't try and force shitty players to play because of high draft status. They admit mistakes and discard the waste.

I didn't say it wasn't worth a gamble for a 7th round pick. I responded to someone that said it was a low risk high reward move. IMO it is just adding a body. Just like Forsett. I said he was a turd and he can't even get on the field. For the most part...if a player can't make a team or a team gives a backup player away for a 7th round pick...that player is a turd.

Or that player traded was playing in the wrong scheme, and was essentially worthless to the team trading them.

yes...that is why I said "for the most part"

You will find a few that might fit that scenario.
