Actually they can bring back Fox pretty cheap, original round tender that is just over a million. I know he can`t stay healthy but he did a pretty good job in there before he got hurt and lost his job. I wouldn`t mind him being the 3rd tackle for that price.

My take is go get someone else cheap because I have no faith he will stay healthy. 4 years now..

Fox is a UFA so no they cannot tender him. Unless they wanna get rid of Hilliard to save some cap, no way they bring fox back.
