Dude was a Michigan player and was released by SF...Where are all of the sign Braylon Edwards posts? LOL I definitely am not saying we should sign him...I thought as Lions fans we had to discuss every player that gets released though? It feels good to be turning the corner and cannot wait for some playoff games!

Only the idiots (michiganalex) discussed the Lions signing every player that was released.

He's still getting clown stomped on the ESPN boards

He isnt a guy id like to have in the locker room, even more now that he is having a terrible year. What does he have like 15 catches in 9 games, yea i dont think so.

Braylon's biggest problem was Braylon. He thought he was an elite WR and priced himself out of a bigger deal. He keeps getting into off the field issues with alcohol. I question his work ethic and drive to be the kind of player he believes he is. But yes I am glad as a franchise we are above looking at ever has been or never was that gets released.

He could've been an elite receiver if he wasn't content to just make it to the NFL. Obviously his goal wasn't to be Elite, or he would've worked harder to become so. Too bad... dude was a monster his last couple years at Michigan. His senior season, he was obviously better than basically everybody who played against him.

He's had, what, 6 years to figure it out? If he was going to, he would have already. Waste.

Typical U of M NFL WR. Overated.

Toomer set many Giants records. Howard was never great, but good enough to win MVP in a Super Bowl. Breaston has given teams fits. Manningham is doing well. AC was pretty good as I recall. Edwards has definitely not lived up to his potential, but pretty sad hating on UM receivers when MSU has produced Plax who, with his strong thug experiences as a Sparty, managed to shoot himself in the leg. Outside of him, and Andre Rison, I have a hard time remembering a MSU WR who managed to have a memorable NFL career.

So were you twice as upset when charles rogers sucked dick?

Yeah, actually i was...thought he was going to be a star. However, in reference to this topic....MSU WR have fared MUCH better in the NFL than U of M WR have.

Thats not a debate....it's a fact.

I'd take Andre Rison, Muhammad, Plaxico, Derrik Mason all over Amani Toomer (Is he the best Michigan WR ever)

+1

Rogers was by far the biggest bust from the two schools (though David Terrell is somewhat close) but MSU has the better top end talent of the two.

Whew.

Double and triple checked it for ya. I would hate to be the guy with bad spelling on an internet message board.

What would happen to my self-esteem?
