I'm going to stock up on beer and booze tonight. Also thinking of breaking out the hookah after I eat to smoke some delicious mango shisha and relax. That might help me deal with some otherwise boring early games.

I'm not leaving my place tomorrow afternoon, and watching football from 11:00 AM until 10:00 PM. Ohio/Akron, Northwestern/BC, MICHIGAN/WMU, and Oregon/LSU. only interested in the ohio game to see what people say about them, and how they look on the field. I'm hoping they look sloppy.

needless to say, I need to find something easy to drink, so I can pace myself well... I love IPAs, but the high alcohol content will doom me over the course of the day. Maybe I'll go with something a pale ale, like Bell's 3rd Coast. Last time I was in Ann Arbor, I found that they had a Michigan only liquor section & I picked up a bottle of Michigan vodka. I'll keep that for celebratory shots.

Hope to go out and celebrate after... so I need to try and moderate all that drinking to some extent. maybe with a big meal in the middle & intermittent bottles of water.

ah... gluttony.

Dropped $150 at the Liquor store yesterday to completely stock the BEER FRIDGE in the basement and re-stock the bar with Vodka for Bloodies and some other fifths.

GameDay tomorrow morning followed by the early games and a bloody mary in hand ...M FLAGS already flying from the front porch and hard to stay focused today .... Younger bro, UM Class '99 will be coming over to join in as will the CU neighbor across the street who lived in Bloomfield Hills as a kid.

Beer line-up includes some very solid CO options -- Dale's Pale Ale, Yella Pils (also Oskar Blues), Silverback Pale Ale, Avery Pilsner, PBR and some Tecate for the hot afternoon.

Dropped by the 'doctor' to refill the prescription and that is why there's a radio in the garage!

Hope those of us watching at home, (or anyone who owns an ipad/tablet and is a big enough douche to take it out when they watch at a bar or the game) can give Monster's chat room a try...

solid preparation. Bo would nod in approval.

I've been drinking up all the random beer/liquor I had sitting in my fridge/liquor cabinet over the last month so that when football season starts, I could restock without having half-empty bottles of other stuff sitting around. and also not feel that I was wasting money.

Good old doc!

I'll be headed to Ann Arbor at 9, should be all set up on the golf course by 10. Goose, probably some easy drinking light beers, and now plenty of water will be in tow. Play some bags, shoot the shit, and get nice and primed for the game!

Waking up tomorrow morning and leaving Grand Rapids around 8:00 AM (leaving Chi to visit mom tonight).

Heading to AA, will stop at Meijer tomorrow shortly before we hit town and pick up booze/ice/tailgate food.

Meeting some family and friends at Pioneer. I am really hoping to post up next to a tailgate with a T.V. so we can get updates on ALL of the college football action as well as the Tigers.

Then going to the game. Should be awesome.

Michigan vodka? Is that the Ugly Dog brand they make over in Chelsea?

Yeah, it's from TC .... there's also a GT Whiskey my parents bought us last year for Xmas (not bad)

And believe it or not, there's actually Vodka made in ..... UTAH!

Damn I need to move to Michigan. Not a lot of people are excited to watch Michigan "I steal your coaches" Wolverines when you live Wv :(

Even for WMU, you guys are still pumped.
