Sorry to hear the bad news about your aunt, and game watching, ML.

Sorry ML.. Prayers to you and family members. Sorry about your Aunt.

Sorry to hear about your Aunt. Condolences to you and your family.

Did she have a good long life...?

She probably did.

That's what I always try to focus on when I'm in the situation you are...

Both my parents, and all of their - quite numerous actually - siblings all gone; all have been gone for a number of years now...

This is EXACTLY the time when watching football is the BEST medicine...

I remember when my aunt in Ann Arbor died back in November of I think 1998; after the funeral during the reception, Tom Brady led Michigan to a big upset win (it wasn't part of the reception, it just happened to be happening at the same time) - I think it was against Penn State at home; and we listened on the radio during the reception.

Later on, some relatives from my dad's side who had come down from Merrill to watch the game - the departed wasn't related to them; she was on my mother's side - came and joined those of us from my mom's side who had come in for the funeral for an extended memorial at my cousin's house down the street from the stadium (she just sold that house and moved back into the house where she grew up in Saline with her sister) and we watched the Spartans upset the #1 ranked Buckeyes.

It was the only loss of the year for the Buckeyes and it cost them the national championship.

Sorry for your loss M Lady. We are thinking about you of course.
