Michigan girls clinched the double bye in the big ten Tournament with a 62-51 win on senior night against Msu. Still playing without Leah Brown.Sadly I do not think we are making up the Illinois game. So Sunday?s game is for the big ten regular season crown. Frustrating they are not making Up the Illinois game as they are not good.

Tough and disappointing weekend for Michigan athletics!

#3 seed Michigan Girls have lost back to back games and choked badly in the btt last to #6 seed Nebraska
76-73. Had a 71-67 lead and just no other words except They really choked. Dug out of a huge first quarter 28-14 hole with a huge second quarter and even lead by 4 at half. But trailed by 4 heading into fourth.. Finally clamped down on defense and held a 6 point lead and then the defense and rebounding just collapsed. Then had ball down 1 with last shot and to tell you the truth I have know clue what coach called. Hillmon sucked all game on offense and she got tied up. Instead of calling time out Kim didn?t and we throw a bad inbound pass. After we fouled and they made it three we still had 4.4 to try and tie. Remember girls like nba can move ball to front Court. Again I am not sure what play Kim called because it wasn?t even close and looked like the girls didn?t know what they were doing Sadly?..
Hillmon and Michigan missed I kid you not at least double digit layups or bunnies.. way to many turnovers too also. Team looked slow to me at times trying to get back on defense. The. Other times they clamped down. Very frustrating loss. Play like this and ncaa will be a fast in and out stay.
