He must've been aggressive about it, if not openly threatening, because they called the cops on him.
I can't imagine they would call the cops - or arrest him - for an honest mistake if he was cordial about it.
READ the terms of your divorce decree dumbass... or ask your attorney to explain it to you if you still can't understand the words that tell you when and where you get possession of your kids.
