Michigan baseball has been a lot of fun to follow throughout their deep run into the playoffs.

I was a little bummed today with the loss of the championship game, but that might only be because I have been looking forward to Michigan baseball for the last month or so quite a bit. I might have been a little bummed even if they had one just because it came to an end.

There are a few center left candidates in the mix. I'm hoping one of them has a strong showing and restores some sanity to the ultra left - ultra right shit show currently dominating the political scene.

It's become clear that the right isn't moving to the middle this cycle. Much to my chagrin, it looks like I'm depending on the left to do it. I fully expect to be disappointed though.

1) Vapid, clueless billionaire doesn't like talk of raising taxes on the wealthy, because maintaining his status versus the "common folk" is all that matters to him. Announces presidential run, and gets heavily ridiculed, and discovers almost no one actually likes him or wants him to run.

2) suspends presidential run.

3) hires PR team to get WaPo reporter to write favorable puff-piece on him to soothe his ego.

4) jwilcos posts fluff here, unironically, like it's actual political insight.​
