If Kamala Harris gets the nomination she should bring Biden on the ticket.

If it is close and he loses the election Trump will just lie and claim he lost votes somewhere. Activate the army not leave office and have his illegal partisan Supreme Court vote him in once it gets there. Gop is the most corrupt political party we have ever seen. Only way Trump leaves is if it is a landslide.

Yeah, that?s not how it works.

50 states plus the District of Columbia certify their own elections, and send their Electoral College representatives who are binded to the winner as proscribed by their state to cast their vote, which is certified by the Congress-I think it?s just the House of Representatives but it might be both houses of Congress.

Anyway that is the actual legal Constitutional process.
