2020 Dem candidate

Looks like cnn pundents are already attacking Gabbard. I like her already, if cnn doesn?t like her she must be doing something right

she doesn't play the "Two parties that agree on everything but abortion" game.

OK. You guys are very persuasive. At least for now, I'm in.

Gabbard is Hindu? Sadly, I think that makes this a real uphill battle. Nevermind that she probably leads a more 'Christian' life than our current President in practice. Or I don't know, maybe not. Maybe that's only a big deal in places she wouldn't have had much of a shot at anyway.

Apparently, Steve Bannon is a fan. That's unexpected.

We?ll see.

I am pretty sure I introduced Tulsi Gabbard to this board a couple of years ago.

I don?t know if I?ll ever vote her for president or not.

But I might.

She checks off a lot of boxes.

So we?ll see.

There a set of lists here with a few bullets for each person.

8 - running
2 - all but certain
4 - likely
8 - maybe
6 - unlikely (including Clinton)
4 - not running.

Interesting how they gloss over certain candidates and shit on others in the summaries. Watching the centrists and and progressives fight a nasty fight in the primaries is sure to bring back memories of 2016. Will be kind of boring watching Trump run uncontested.

On Left twitter, someone made the observation after re-tweeting some Hillary-bots already repurposing 2016 slams against Bernie that this primary is going to be even nastier than 2016.

At least this time, there is a lot more scrutiny from the get-go by the Left on the empty suits the DNC is hoping to promote. I don't think we had that in 2016; at least I wasn't too familiar with it. But I've learned a lot since then.

Two parties that agree on everything but abortion...

We need a label for the 1% of politicians (mostly "far left," but a few on the right, like Justin Amash) that don't play the game.

Early on, the way events were breaking out made a number of people like me suspect that shenanigans were going on? some other people on this board as I recall...Whenever Debbie Wasserman Schultz was called on it she would Poopoo The suggestion? By the time the hacks of the DNC server came home to roost, the horses were already out of the barn.

perhaps the most amusing of all was Donna Brazile trying to say Russian hackers manufactured the email exchange of her feeding debate questions to Hillary's team.

Hasn?t it been pretty much determined that the hacker was Julian Assange?
