2025 Tigers Spring Training

Wow Tork hit a home run, start

Tork is the odd man out. He's not playing 1B after Keith moved. Carp. will probably be mostly at DH. The only decision they have is Tork on ML team where he plays once maybe twice a week or AAA.
With Vierling and Meadows being injured (Vierling already stated to be slated to miss the start of the season), I would think that Carp will be an every day outfielder to start the season.

iHow about Perez? After Green a number of guys, Perez, Malloy, Kriedler, McKinstry?

they are in play for bench spots. I think that Carp is probably the best option due to his ability to hit.
Personal I wouldn't mind Carp at DH, less chance for an injury. I mean you need one anyway. Unless they decide Tork's 1 ST home run is worth playing. Ha.

If I can't play a 27 year old player in the outfield because I am afraid that he is going to get injured, I'm trading him.
I get that but someone has to a DH. Granted I don't know if another option is any better in the field plus Hinch doesn't seem to like him vs LH. Plus Carp is already injury prone. Every year.
