3 studs, 3 duds Week 1

Fuck Finebaum ...penis face, loser.

I think Perry's first spin was more 'taunting' than the second time where he didn't do it demonstrably AT a florida player ...? That illegal down field that too the TD away was far worse.

Studs -
Black
Isaac
Bush

Duds -
Speight
The OL
Crawford ..catch that damn pass!!

I can agree with all that except the OL being a dud. I don't think Speight really got sacked more than 2-3 yards at most, and they were churning up big yards on the ground all day.

Rushing Yards

Michigan 215.
Florida 11.

I think the Gators were suppose to have a good D-line also .

Dud because barely anyone is mentioning him is kekoa Crawford, he had quite a few targets and finished the game with one catch for three yards. I'm not going to tell you all of them were easy but if he wants to be the number one receiver he has to make some plays.

Studs:
1. Bush
2. Nordin (I know he missed his last two but the 55yd FG he made was huge)
3. Hurst he is all over the field making plays

Duds:
1. Wilton
2. Crawford
3. Ulizio

I do think we beat a good Florida team at least on defense. I have loved how before the game Florida fans said the 10 players missing didnt mean a thing and now they bring it up all the time. Along with claiming we were holding on every play among other excuses.

I saw what I kind of expected to be honest. I saw a defense that will make a few mistakes but is absolutely smothering. The offense is behind but I expected it to be. We have several new starters along the OL and all new starters on the outside. They need time to gel at game speed. We played a good defense especially up front. I am not ready to bail on Wilton just yet. This was just game 1 and the offense will get better.

I'm not saying that I'm ready to bail on Speight either. I believe Harbaugh that Speight is the best option right now. Kornball doesn't look like he can do much and if he beat out Peters, that tells us something.

Lol at people naming Lavert Hill and the OL as duds. What did you expect from Hill? He's not going to be Jourdan Lewis reincarnated in his first start. Also, for the most part the OL looked fine against a pretty solid UF defensive front. I'll take 200+ rushing yards all day long.

I've read on multiple other sites from people that were at the game that Peters seemed out of it. During warmups he was supposedly very lackadaisical and during the game he was sitting on the bench a lot and not even interacting with other players. I guess the knock on him in camp was he has zero presence in the huddle and is not very vocal at all. Probably the reason he is still behind O'Korn on the depth chart.

It really wouldnt shock me if he transfers soon.

O'Korn made a very good sideline throw and to me, is about equal to Speight.

And I only give OL 'dud' because I won't single out a player and I had trouble with a 3rd dud.

The dude has touch. His problem seems to be his patience. As soon as the ball is snapped he looks rushed. He either wants to throw the ball as soon as he gets it, like its a hot potato, or he starts dancing around the pocket because he doesnt trust his OLine. When he steps up in the pocket to run, its too late. The dude cant make up his mind.

Just getting back into the swing of things after being with the family at my parent's lake house all weekend.

3 Studs - Bush Jr, Hudson, and Ty Isaac

3 Duds - Speight, Ulizio, and Crawford. Although Crawford would have had an easy TD on that wheel route, but Speight threw an awful ball.

I hope this isn't way too off topic. What is the deal with the randomly inserted URL links, that link to amazon.com ? I am totally confused.
