Yeah 9 million under with ways to get more either through Stafford or some restructures that won't hurt us that much given how long Tullochs and Calvins contracts are. Just don't restructure Suh because it gives him even more leverage next year. But even so nobody's cap number jumps up by a large amount next year. Stafford and Suh actually go down in 2014 slightly. Plus we will have 6.6 million free in 2014 from dead money from KVB and Titus Young counting right now.

The writings on the wall with Bush, do you think Nate and these guys don't know the plan? Overpaying him for his name is dumb as fuck, his W.A.R. over other available speed backs in the league is negligible, and when he got shipped from NOLA he was shown to be a poor man's Darren Sproles who now makes on average less than 3 mil a year. His replacement in Miami is a second round draft pick making $300K. If any team needs some moneyball its this one.
If we're paying Bush more than Sproles that is criminal, if we are paying him more than some of the other FA rbs (if we are dead set on signing a FA rb, which I think is stupid in itself) like Bradshaw or Jackson we are fucking beyond stupid because both are better options (or a RFA like Chris Ivory). I hope Xanders is in there right now shaking his head, I've pretty much put all my chips on him turning around our personnel department.

If they are dead set on Reggie, cut Sheffler who is getting paid like a starter, give his cheque to Bush and draft Vance McDonald out of Rice.
