I could of swore to god all they did was show a replay. They sure as hell got off to the next play pretty fast. Oh well, there were still multiple holds and god awful officiating.

they were discussing it on air, one of them said that it won't be overturned. Then the ref came on and said "The ruling on the field is confirmed. It is a catch." Not sure why they said it like that, but i'm sure that confused some people that weren't paying attention.

Now I remember, that's why I was pissed, because it wasn't a review of the QB crossing the line of scrimmage it was the receiver making the catch. The refs fucked that up. So yes I was right, they did not review it, cuz it would have taken longer.

Hey, we're one game away from what I considered the best case scenario for this season. and with 3 games left on the schedule I'd say we have a pretty good chance of a 9th win. If we beat OSU someone should give Hoke and Mattison a medal.

The catch was whistle-clean. They were not reviewing that, but the position of the QB at time of throw.

Should be 9-1, but i'll take 8-2. Oh and by the way, this was thee most fucked up refereed game i've ever seen. That was the worst crew I think i've ever seen. I don't think they called one hold on the Illinois offense the whole game. They held the whole game. Not to mention every call was wrong and overturned. And the dude crossed the line of scrimmage on 4th and 26. Holy shit!!!

damn dude, even after last week? I think last week was worse

It was reviewed. Your bolded statement makes the point. The entire body has to be over the line. It was not.

It was never reviewed. You are right, though, apparently there was a rule change in 2009 about the body being inthe neutral zone. It used to be just one foot.

all plays are reviewed. What you are saying is that they didn't have a stoppage so they could review it further.

I'll answer both of your questions, yes and yeah. Last week I think I was more distracted at the playcalling than the refs. It's funny though, that losing to Iowa is leaving an even more bad taste since they got crushed by MSU. And yes they should have reviewed it longer, I think there was something there. Now if Michigan loses, more people on here would be discussing this instead of blowing it off. But that's ok, we all perceive things differently. If we all agreed this would be one fukking boring message board.

well since he didnt cross the line with his body before the throw, only his foot went across the line, i dont know why you are even still talking about it.
