I think I could probably agree with you that no US President should ever win that award. But to clarify one point, it was the piss ant in Pyongyang who began to brag about his ability to strike anywhere in the US with a nuclear warhead. He did this as he was firing test missiles over Japan, in the direction of Guam, etc. After that, Trump coined the phrase Rocketman and advised him his country would go away if things continued down that path.
