ALCS MVP Predictions

Peralta is quietly having a superb playoff year. After being a hack at SS for good portions of 2012, he's gobbled up everything that has been hit his way so far this postseason. And hitting well...(10/26, .385 AVG .429 OBP, .423 SLG, .852 OPS) Not much power and no RBI's, but way better than the regular year. Trailing only Beltran and Votto in AVG and Votto is done...

On paper Delmon looks good, but 2 of his singles should have been outs.

Though I guess I'm happy he's putting the bat on the ball a little more, though he's still hacking at garbage on his shoetops and in the left handed batters box.

MVP as an individual is Peralta, but as a unit has to be the starting pitchers.

I hope it is Doug Fister. That would likely mean that the Tigers finish it in 5 games with him getting 2 wins.

I hope we win in 4. So maybe they're give it to the whole starting staff.

The Tigers MVP should be Aroid, Swisher, Grandy and Cano for their inability to hit water if they fell out of a boat.

Somehow I have a bad feeling this thread is going to bite us in the ass. Counting our MVP before they hatch..
