American Flag card stunt at game this week

prior to me, my uncle was the most recent family member to attend UM undergrad, and I remember him saying underage drinking wasn't an issue on campus ('75-'79) since the drinking age was 18.

this is 100% logical. when we criminalize/prohibit a common and by-and-large harmless behavior, all we really do is create more criminals.

That's exactly when I was there.

i thought you graduated a little earlier. that's cool.

uncle champ told me he only drank beer in college and never did anything or tried anything that his upstanding GOP parents would not have approved of.

Riiiiiiiight. What dorm was he in?

I think he was in south quad his freshman year. He ran track and cc, so he lived with all the athletes/meatheads.

for the record, I believe his comments about sticking to beer. he was on both teams all four years, so he probably stayed pretty straight there.

his younger brother and sister on the other hand apparently enjoyed that early 80's UM party scene to the fullest.

There were plenty of athletes in West Quad Rumsey. Mostly football players. We had some epic snowball fights with SQ. Probably not allowed anymore. I'm talking hundreds of kids at times.

oi remember snowball fights between sq and wq and i remember football guys in wq -now it is sq)
south quad for part of 74 and mojo rest of that year
graduated 77 (did summer school)

village bell was convenient and did bdat 21 in pretzel bell 7-7-77)

My floor at Rumsey was half FB players both years I was there.
