why not sign Talib and draft Denard? even if you trade down to get him

Because we have several young corners with debatable talent. If we get one good corner during free agency, we have other needs to fill in the draft.

I'd be extremely surprised if they took a QB in the first round. If they were trading up, it's more likely it'd be for an offensive playmaker like Watkins or someone similar.

They have essentially no value at this point because they played poorly this year. We wouldn't get anything worthwhile in return. I think Slay could be a good corner in the future. Also, if Greenwood stays healthy, I'd be curious to see if he can improve this offseason.

never said it was. but obviously we have the worse set of corners in football or damn close. and overhaul needs to be done. keep slay, resign Mathis, sign Talib and draft Denarrd
