BBall opener!! #12 MSU vs #10 Arizona

Poor coaching from Izzo down the stretch. He's letting them play too much.

Just terrible execution down the stretch. Bailed out by a rattle 3 by Tum.

Now who's gonna have the dumb foul here......

That was the worst ending to a game ever. Should have never been tied but the defense was even worse

Loads of talent on this team. Just need to get some experience.

Luckily the schedule gets easier....oh wait we play Kentucky Tuesday. Should be another fun game. At least losses in basketball don't hurt you in the long run.

Can someone explain why the fuck the defense was not all the way back? How are you getting beat off the dribble before half court and how does nobody rotate over to stop penetration?

I'd like to know why Harris wasn't in. He's the best defender on the perimeter and for some reason wasn't in.

Having the small lienup is going to hurt. With Davis gone were a sweet 16 team at best.

Inexperience cost us atvthe end. Schilling being back will be huge for the team. PG play needs to improve.

Bridges and Ward are great. I see a 4-5 seed, maybe. 3 seed. Langford and Winston struggled. Harris and Tum too. Goins is a freak of a rebounder for his size.

Should be a fun team to watch, they'll have growing pains, but by March they'll be scary.

There's a TON of talent on this team. You've really gotten to be a debbie downer lately.

Size didn't get us beat this game. We hung on the boards with them. Missing a ton of wide open 3's and fouling 20 ft from the basket killed us.

The things you mentioned are valid, however , going down the strech Davis would have made us a final 4 team and that is talking about an entire season. Turnovers and unforced errors also an issue. Those can change with these guys because tey are young. Im making a general statement that Schilling out ( for who knows how long)and Davis gone is gone is going to cost us quite a few games. A guy like Davis changes the entire game. Yes, theres a ton of talent but I dont see a team thats going to "make a run". Im a realist and less of a ra ra ra guy. Fact is hes gone and that brings my expectations of FF to S16. I think we will be a very good and competive team but I dont think a great team.

I've seen an awful Uconn team win the tournament a few years ago. I also saw MSU lose in the first round last year when everyone had them winning the whole thing. The unknown is what makes college basketball so fun.

Watched Kansas-IU. IU is going to be really tough this season. They have an impressive roster and Thomas Bryant looks amazing.

Josh Jackson looked lost for KU, he saw a lot of time, but was 2-9 from the field.

One last note, looking at the box score we we 5-9 from th stripe and they were 20-27
Hmmmmmm. 3 times the attempts is kind of a gift.
