Beating a legit Big Ten team

Just curious where do you all rank UM in your legit B1G ranking.

Elite, Cellar, or middle of the pack, given the past few years I would call us Elite. After 2006 of course.

You would?

Right now, I consider Michigan a middle-of-the-pack team. I don't think they are top 3, but they could surprise me.

Sorry I forgot the "n't" at the end. Fixed my original post and the quote.

I would also consider UM a MOTP team, but hopefully gaining strength.

I'd put us at the top of middle of the pack.

on a neutral field, I'd expect us to lose more than 50% of the time to MSU & UW. Not sure about Nebraska or ohio yet.

Art Vandelay has never won an argument against a legit poster.

I do not see Michigan winning the Big 10 this year...I mean it is Hokes first year. I am happy that we are where we are right now. Things look promising but Nebraska and F'n Ohio State are going to be tough games...Denard scares me when he is throwing the ball. His accuracy can be terrifying at times!

Don't feel like starting another thread, so I'll post this here.

A couple crazy stats from mgoblog's preview...

The current team has a higher ypc than last year, 5.8 vs 5.5. Definitely expected a drop there.

Toussaint had 20 carries last week (no, that's not the crazy stat). It marked the first time in 30 games that a UM RB hit that mark.

I was at that Wisconsin game and Rich rods 38-34 win verses ND... He need me at more of his games....LOL... Not sure how we will do verses Iowa... DR needs to start proving he can win on the road...

Although I bailed on last years Wisconsin games because of my back...

I agree. The team is middle of the pack, but maybe at the top of the middle. Still very much a work in progress. Wins over Iowa and Nebraska would move us up into the top though, in my view.
