I'd say to but there is a human element here, if the kid works hard and gets himself ready to play, it's hard for a coach to simply say "no thanks."

If we take 5 in 2017 I believe we'd still have a spot for carter. The question is if he wants to stay on campus for another year, do a second year of grad study for one year of basketball with a huge risk of getting hurt another time.
