Brady wins, then loses Deflategate, loses appeals

where did you hear Brady was appealing to the Supreme Court? I havent read anything saying he was going to do that - still undecided I think.

That being said - yes, if he does appeal it makes him look foolish because the US Supreme court will never in a million years take the case - they reject something like 90% of all requests (many that are very legitimate), so if they were to accept a request from a Millionaire Athlete fighting a suspension over ball pressure, they would all be vilified.

I just heard a blurb on NFL Network this morning, they didn't say he was, just that he was leaning that direction.
