You don't need 4 new ones. They don't all have to be good 3-4 LBs year 1. 4-3 is boring and isn't working.

4-3 doesnt work cause our DTs suck at filling gaps and our DEs fly up the field and take themselves out of the play leaving the LBs in a bad situation more often then not. In a 3-4 itd make it even worse. you need bigger lbs who can make up for the wider gaps. We have levy who cant even fill a small gap. We have zero 3-4 OLBs. We have no NT. Wed have 2 4-3 DTs playing on the ends. so basically, we have not a single person that would be good at the 3-4.
