Cabrera has taken 25 pounds off

It is a bad thing to have your wheels go but poor Magglio's legs looked shot to me watching him go after balls in the outfield. His bat was slow most of the season but he was sure fun to watch those first few years in Detroit..I just don't see a spot for him on this club but who knows..

Right, which is why I suggested him as DH, without all the running in the OF, maybe the ankle holds up.

Plus everyone keeps saying Delmon as DH, even though Leyland says no, he not our DH, he's our LF'er. Maggs would be better than Delmon as a DH, assuming the ankle is healthy, he's a career .309/.369/.502/.871 hitter, far better than that fatty Delmon.

I think the problem is he has no real power anymore but if Jimmy Smokes really wants to have Cartoon legs Young in left field then I have no problem bringing back Maggs. But like Ty says he is such a injury risk right now we could get younger by looking elsewhere. I bet Young DH's a lot.. He can't field a lick.. Man Magglio's homer is Verses the A's is seared into my mind... You don't even need video to replay it over and over again..
