Caldwell complaining about the 'negative media'

Bullshit dude. That home game against Denver was packed and loud. They did EVERYTHING they asked of them, and then the team let them down.

Talking the last 3 home games. It wasn't over. They turned too quickly.

Why should ANY fan want to go watch an 0-4 team? Why would you expect them to waste money, time, and pain to view this pathetic franchise?

Putting this on the fans is a joke, end of discussion.

I didn't put it fully on the fans. Some is on the fans though. We had 1 good home game and had to play 3 on the road to start. Bullshit scheduling too.

Can't wait for 2016. We'll see what changes will be made. Out with the old, in with the new.

None of this organization's pathetic-ness is on the fans. None. They have suffered for 50 plus years. To say that the fans own this is ridiculous and pretty insulting.

They are part of the problem. The Lions had no home field advantage when they needed it most. The fans are too fickle every year. They let past years sway the current year way too much (when it's mostly different players and they were 11-5 last year) That is a fan problem.

Fans should be yelling and screaming and every game should be like MNF 2011. Opposing QBs should be shitting their pants based on the sound.

Man, I thought you turned the corner yesterday. Glad to have you back to normal.

First off, you're an idiot. Pretty obvious really. 2nd, fans don't boo at the start of the game so how does that effect games? They boo when we're getting embarrassed.

Not talking about booing. Talk about lack of energy and not loud enough when Lions are on defense. They were dead silent from the start against Cardinals, Bears and Vikings. They need to be much louder. Every snap should be as loud as possible.

Thsi is the least of the least of reasons why we lose, but it's a problem for sure. The fans and media are too negative. Why the hell do you think I exist. Your negativity. This is on you.

Play better boo's stop. It's not rocket science.

Fans have the right to operate how they want. It is not our responsibility to perk up the team. We do not get paid to attend games and perform some sort of function, in fact it's the opposite. Like others have said the fans do not start booing at the kickoff, it's when things turn embarrassing and the team quits when the boos come out.

Troll argument again.

I'm not talking about booing. I'm talking about being too quiet. You could here a pin drop early in the Arizona game even. The fans aren't loud enough. We need home field advantage. The fans don't do their part just by showing up.

We should remain positive about a 1-7 team

We should be happy to spend our hard-earned money and cheer as loud as we can for a piss-poor product

It's no wonder the Lions continue to suck decade after decade, kept afloat by delusional fans. Rooting for this team year in and year out, regardless of the product, is the definition of insanity.

The team will earn true fan support when they stop embarrassing themselves every Sunday.

You should have remained positive at 0-4, 0-5 and 1-5. Home games are key and the fans didn't do enough.

Oh well. On to next year. New coach, maybe a new GM.

If you pay $75 a ticket...you can sit there quietly if you want!

The Lions led 7-0 after the first quarter...the fans "not being loud enough" didn't seem to be a big issue then?

Stop making stupid arguments just to argue.
