Part of our ongoing comprehensive "Notre Dame Sucks" coverage.

he's apparently slimmed down a bit: "[Weis] told Rivals.com reporter Tim Prister last month that he?d already dropped 70 pounds toward his goal of 112."

Good god... how does one have an extra 112 lbs worth of body? And I'm guessing even if he reaches his goal, he'll still be big.

But it's still the same old Charlie Weis here: "Weis, 58, also talked openly about his future at KU. At one point, when asked in general about college coaches taking new jobs, he mentioned that teams with openings had contacted him in the last two years even with KU compiling a 4-20 combined record."

apparently Notre Shame will still be paying Charlie Weis $2.1MM per year for two more years. he was fired in 2009 with six years remaining on his contract.

obscene.

A co-worker ran into Mike Shanahan at the Baggage Claim the other day ...he's now unemployed and making $7M/year to play golf ....

Yeah... but... he's not a bad guy. I'm glad he's hurting that creep Snyder's bottom line.
