Three weeks ago I wasn't.......but I am now, OFFICIALLY, the conductor on the draft Connor Cook train.

Guy makes good throws.....has pocket presence and awareness....and has really impressed me the last three games. He is a winner, 31-3, and leads that team. Matt starts 2016 and Caldwell lets him know......perform or Cook gets your spot.

I think Cook will be better but he gets lazy sometimes and has accuracy issues just like Stafford.

He didn't have as good of a record (I think Matt was 30-9) but they both have something in common.. Neither was good at the completion %.

Paxton Lynch will make a 1 year wonder case to be a top 10 pick. That sounds more of the kinda guy the lions would take.

Not saying it is worth using what's likely to be a very high first, but we need OL help. Our OTs and C were getting schooled today. This is by no means a defense of Stafford, but it doesn't much matter who is back there when the QB is getting hit before he can complete his drop.

It comes from the calls. Every protection we called was away from the blitz. ...dumb. either stafford is a moron or lombardi is. ...or both. One play we had ebron blocking 3 guys....great call.

I'm not discounting that Stafford and Lombardi are morons, but our OL play was dog shit. Reiff and Swanson, in particular, got beat like rented mules. Also, I didn't see Ebron block a soul all game. He barely even faked the effort of trying to block on several plays. It was sad.

Diggs made a diving catch in the end zone but from what I saw our guy wasn't in position. Usual I know..

I'm not sure he had much brain activity left after AP caved his head in early. If they claim he didn't get concussed, I'm not buying it.
