Dery's show on 105.1 FM

As a lifelong 97.1er, I had to give Dery a listen at noon. His show is pretty darn good. Anyone else give him a try in the afternoon?

I like him. He's a nice happy medium between Karsch and Anderson's super positive spin on everything, and Valenti & Foster's constant negative spin on everything.

I just can't do K and A anymore. I still like Valenti a lot for entertainment purposes and he knows his stuff. Foster can't hold a show by himself. The rest of the people on that network are crap.

K and A have honestly been together for too long. Scott in particular has just started getting annoying. We're constantly reminded he likes beer, junk food, and watching bad tv shows and movies. He laughs uncontrollably at things 6th graders laugh at. It's all gotten stale for me.

And I agree of the four of them, I think only Valenti can hold his own doing a solo show.

I feel bad about 1130 AM. I used to love those guys, they had Sean Baligian and Stoney and Wojo. That network is basically extinct now.

Yeah, I've never liked the morning show since Jay Towers was on it. Still not any good. Stoney doesn't really fit in that well with Bill (who sucks). K and A are pretty lame. I like Valenti and Foster, they are probably the bread winner for that network.

Valenti and Foster is the only show I can get into, especially during college football season. Sports radio is a tough listen in June, July.

Used to be on his Facebook page a loooooooong time ago. Had quite a few debates with him. I made him look like a fool...lol. They were good clean debates, but i got him good a few times. He private inboxed me and told me "he gets the last word". Then he ahhhhhh ummm blocked me...lol. Such a clownshow.

Pat Caputo is the guy I can't stand. He constantly stammers over his words, muddles his thoughts, and gets frustrated way too easily with callers. He reminds me of a dumb jock who some how got a radio show.

Caputo used to be pretty good, back in the DFN days "You blow!" was one of the greatest moments in Detroit sports radio history during the 1997 Stanley Cup Playoffs when he called in to troll back on a fan talking shit about him. He is a very hard listen now. His humility is gone and that was his charm.
