Yes the season sucked but Quinn DID absolutely steal Snacks from NY. Doesn't matter what happened in the season, it was a great acquisition and should benefit us greatly moving forward. Just giving credit where it is due.

I agree but I took issue when he said "another theft." Like he had them before.

Somebody gets it...

No, I take issue with the fact 3 years in we haven't improved, in-fact going backwards, why other teams are winning playoff games and SB. I will give him credit that he traded for a player that preformed well. I'm still curious about his other theft?

Now you're talking in circles. Wtf are you so confused about? I say the word "theft" and you confuse it with wins? Wtf are you on btw??
Still curious about his other theft?? Getting a 3rd for Tate = theft. Makes it even better when he had an offer from the Patriots but he chose the Eagles. Smart.

I'm glad we traded Tate but I'm not sure it's theft. The theft that I want is what the Colts did when they drafted 2 all pro's first year.

As far as the paycheck he gets absolutely theft, 9-7, 9-7, 6-10. If we can't blame our HC or HQB someone needs to be head accountable.

The Tate trade was theft. Got a high rd draft pick for an aging WR that wanted a boatload of money. We were getting nothing when the season was over. He just would have walked. Thievery at it's finest.

And EVERYBODY gets the blame for this yr. Wtf are you babbling about? The whole TEAM does.

Smarten up.

The Tate trade made sense but was hardly a theft. There were two playoff teams that offered a 3rd round pick. That was his market. If the Lions were in the playoff hunt, they would never have traded him.

Don't get me wrong, it was a good move, but it wasn't a theft. A theft would indicate that you got one over on the trade partner. They certainly didn't with the Eagles.

It was theft. No way on fucking Earth that a player like Tate was worth a 3rd. Not at his age or position he played.
And it doesn't matter if 2 playoff teams offered up a 3rd. Those teams were "desperate" at the time and had to give up something tp get something. Tate's value before all this was like a 4th or a 5th. Getting a 3rd was pure thievery. Trying to dumb down the trade is beyond hilarious. Any other team pulls this off and you 2 guys would be calling that GM a fucking genius. You just can't do it because Quinn works fpr the Lions lol. Too funny...

at the time, he was obviously worth a 3rd. That's how the trade market works. If there are desperate teams, they drive up the market.

If you go back to the Tate trade thread, I thought it was a good move. I'm not taking anything away from him...he got market value because there were two teams that were desperate. Those two teams created the market. It wasn't a theft, it was market value at the time.

90+ catches every year is worth a 3rd. With a future contract it was a trade we had to make and I'm glad they did but to say he's not worth a 3rd is ridiculous.
