Giving Kerryon Johnson more carries vs. Cowboys wouldn?t have changed anything.
The Lions? running game wasn?t going anywhere with or without Johnson.

T.J. Lang has a long, troubling history of concussions.
Sunday?s scary situation is just one in a long line of concussion for the Lions offensive lineman.
In the first quarter of the Detroit Lions? Week 4 game against the Dallas Cowboys, starting right guard T.J. Lang was involved in a helmet-to-helmet collision that resulted in what appeared to be a serious injury. It didn?t take long for the team to announce that Lang had suffered a concussion and was out for the rest of the game.

As noted by MLive?s Kyle Meinke, this was far from Lang?s first concussion. Not only did Lang suffer a concussion that held him out of one game last year, but during a teleconference back in 2015, Lang admitted to suffering from several in the past.

?Yeah, I?ve had my fair share,? Lang said per Meinke. ?I think I?ve had three or four, and they?re scary to go through. I went through one in Pittsburgh this preseason. They?re scary. It was middle of the game, I was kind of looking around and for about 10, 15 seconds I had no idea where I was. And that kind of scared me.?

Lang looked quite disoriented again on Sunday in Dallas, and it?s a scary situation for the 31-year-old. We?re hoping for the best for the big guy.
