There are a total of 5 running backs in the #NFL this year who have at least 35 rushing attempts and also average >5.5-yards per carry.
#Lions RB Kerryon Johnson is one of them.

This is just the third time in Aaron Rodgers' career that he's lost two fumbles on sacks in the same game, according to ESPN Stats & Information. The last time was 2015 at Arizona. The Packers trail 24-0 at halftime in part because of it -- along with all the special teams mishaps.

As impressive as Detroit's win over New England was two weeks ago, the first half Sunday against the Packers might be even better. The Lions scored on 4 of 7 drives (three touchdowns) and Matthew Stafford showed a good amount of efficiency. Defensively, though, the Lions were better. Detroit had intermittent pressure on Aaron Rodgers, but had splash plays from defensive linemen Romeo Okwara and Da'Shawn Hand to help create havoc in the backfield. Sure, Detroit was aided by three missed Mason Crosby field goals, but overall it's been a strong first half performance by Detroit -- something the Lions sorely needed.

This is the Packers largest halftime deficit (24-0) since Dec. 3, 2006 against the Jets, which which means this is the largest halftime deficit in Aaron Rodgers' career as a starter.

The Lions hung on — and for the optics of their season, that's what will matter for Detroit coming off its 31-23 win over Green Bay. It puts the Lions in an OK place heading into the bye. Matthew Stafford called it "a big one."
More important, the Lions' offense looked fairly good, particularly Kenny Golladay and Kerryon Johnson, two of the Lions' younger skill players.

Lions RB Kerryon Johnson told me after the game that "I'm fine" following his ankle injury against the Packers. "If I can walk, run, if I'm standing, I always want to go back in, so that's what I'm going to do." Johnson said he wasn't necessarily fighting to go back in but that he wanted to compete.
He finished with 70 yards on 12 carries before his ankle injury in the fourth quarter. He wanted to finish the game, "but it just didn't happen today." The bye week likely comes at a good time for him.
