Lions acquired OG Brandon Thomas from the 49ers in exchange for WR Jeremy Kerley.
One of the 49ers' ACL rehab picks, Thomas missed his entire rookie year before playing 106 competent snaps last season. He was no longer needed in San Fran with an un-retired Anthony Davis shifting to guard. Thomas will provide depth behind the questionable duo of LG Laken Tomlinson and RG Larry Warford.
