Lions Sign T Dan Skipper To Active Roster And T Storm Norton To Practice Squad.
CBSDetroit

The Lions signed OT Dan Skipper to the active roster from the practice squad, re-signed OT Storm Norton to the practice squad and cut OT Bryce Harris. So it'll likely be Brian Mihalik as the starting LT against Pittsburgh if Greg Robinson doesn't go.

Greg Robinson and Emmett Cleary still not practicing for Lions but both did jogging on the side. Golden Tate practiced and caught passes for the second straight day during the open portion of practice.

Kenny Golladay going from limited to no practice is not the best sign -- although other receivers indicated he should play this week. Golden Tate practiced on a limited basis. Still would be surprised to see him out there but he's an incredibly tough dude.

FPI: NEAR COIN FLIP IN MOTOWN.
In the closest matchup of Week 8 by FPI's measure, the Steelers hold the slightest of edges on Sunday night. Pittsburgh has been favored in all but one game so far this season (Week 6 at Kansas City).
