Detroit Tigers Team Notes Over 3 Million Views!!! Thankyou!

Tigers first baseman Miguel Cabrera is probably the best hitter many of us have seen hit the baseball, and even though he has dealt with some nagging injuries this season, he is still hitting for a very high average.
Miggy went 2-4 with a home run, 2 runs scored and 3 RBI in the Tigers 10-4 win on Sunday, and is now hitting .322-.376-.558 with 13 home runs, 44 runs scored and 61 RBI, but the 13 home runs are a little disappointing, if you want to get picky. His .558 slugging percentage is his lowest since 2009.
As time goes on, nagging injuries could start to mount and impact him at the plate, as they have turned Albert Pujols into a little more than half the hitter he was in St. Louis. I don't see his decline starting yet, but it could start within the next year or two.

Tigers 1B Miguel Cabrera passed Norm Cash and Jeff Kent and tied Matt Williams for 68th place on the all time HR list, with 378.

Analysis: Detroit Tigers are back on track because starting rotation has put them there.

The Tigers have certainly taken a strange route to a 40-32 mark through 70 games. They played almost .700 ball (27-12, .692) for about six weeks, then immediately played .300-ish ball (9-20, .310) before winning their past four games.

If the season were divided into innings, the Tigers would have just completed the bottom of the fourth. They just completed their fourth 18-game segment with five remaining. Their 40 wins extrapolates to 90 over the course of a full season.
