Draft Thread 2020

I guess Detroit is the only team that misses on draft picks.

New flash - More 2nd-3rd rounders fall out the league in 4yrs compared to becoming All Pros.

Sure it is. If we're all going to blame the previous guys then why even hire a GM if it won't help. We'll just blame Millen. Lol.

Didn?t say that but it takes time. It?s much more then a ?roster? that needed to be changed.

The coaching change is causing the roster turnover. Quinn had to pivot on type of defensive players to add.

Collins, Harmon, Coleman, Flowers gets us closer. Hand needs to stay healthy. Walker is good and still getting better.
Trufant TBD but had good years with Falcons
Tavai, Harris, Bryant TBD. Rookies take time

6 set
2 TBD in Trufant and Tavai
Shelton could be solid
3-4 to add at DE, CB2, DT
Davis big contract year

All kinds of rumors out there. First, that Miami and Detroit had agreed to swap picks. Then that Miami wanted Detroit's 3rd, but to keep their 5th to try to move up to #1. Now that Detroit doesn't have any serious offers, but that the Chargers and Philly are dealing.

Who knows. We all want to trade back though.

How many years do you give him? You'd like to see some improvement in 4 years. Now granted this isn't a major destination for free agents. But teams go from bad to good pretty quick at times.

This is his last chance based on what ownership and Rod Wood have said

I wonder if Quinn gets on the phone with the players he's about to pick and the players like "Nope, Wrong number." That would be funny.

They said playoff contender, which is like 6 wins. Martha isn't going to fire them unless they win only 4 games.

Round 2 was his value in like every draft outlet there was.
Kerryon has been better than Penny, Michel and Jones for sure
Chubb is good

But anyway.

Any backs you guys like in Round 3 or 4
I like AJ Dillon in Round 4 from BC

The lions have had 2 meetings with Zach Moss out of Utah. Expect him to be a 3rd rd pick.

That's how bad this organization is. 1 playoff win in 61 years and all they want is to be a playoff contender.
