Election Aftermath

Seriously. Markings that mean human intelligence. Markings that mean signal intelligence.
And they found Top Secret SCI documents in his freaking desk next to his passports.

Also, a Russian spy was hanging out with Trump at Mar a Lago during all of this. Just crazy spy novel level stuff.

LOL. Seriously, Newsweek is quoting Peter Strzok (and only Peter Strzok) referring to him as "Former FBI official" - conspicuously leaving out the word "disgraced" or any reference to the fact that he spearheaded the illegal investigation into Trump based on known false information from the debunked Steele dossier. The article does mention that he made anti-Trump remarks in text messages (left out the fact that those messages were with his also married side piece (also in the FBI)). Also, in the article you posted, I can't find a single reference to this Russian spy you claim was hanging out at Mar a Lago "during all of this." Good one dude, did you even read the article? You could give MC a run for his money.

Here's an idea - why don't you go see if you can dig up any interviews seeking Andrew McCabe's opinion on all of this...

She won a special election for a 3 month seat by 3 points - that?s some real hate.

Edit: 62% of Alaskans ranked a Republican as first choice vs. the 38% for the Dem - that's some real hate for the GOP. Good take! Dems eeked out the win thanks to ranked choice voting and 20% of Young's voters not including a 2nd or 3rd choice.

The real story is that it took until 2022 for an actual native Alaskan to be named a representative of the state. I was surprised to hear that fact.

Is this the first time ever since Alaska became a state?

Just looked it up. Yep.

Apparently she and Palin are kind of buds.

John Phillips of KABC radio, who seems to know a lot of inside poop, says that insiders tell him that former President Trump and California governor Gavin Newsom consult each other on the phone about things frequently.

Trump Jr. is famously hooked up with Newsom?s ex-wife.

Must be nice to be an oligarch.

Maybe not anymore - depends on how good of a sport Palin is...

Newsome's current wife's family are big R donors - their trust recently gave a few thousand to Ron DeSantis.

Yeah, been hearing that.

What is Eric Trump?s current status?

We could be seeing a pattern emerging.

only like 12 people live there and most of them are migrant oil workers, fisherman and ice road truckers...

After reading that, I was trying to think who would be Alaska's most famous native son or daughter - Trajan Langdon was the only person I could think of but it turns out he was born in silicon valley, California (the microchip one, not the fake boobs one). So I did a Bing search - it has to be Curt Shilling. Tiger Woods' madamme and side piece, Rachel Uchitel was born in Anchorage but I think Schilling is probably more famous.

It does seem odd but when you look at it, there hasn't been a lot of opportunities. Alaska's only been a state since 1959 and has only 1 seat in the house. One guy held that seat for 49 of those 64 years. They did have a non-voting delegate for 54 years but even then, 3 long-term delegates account for 65% of that time. Same for the Senators - each of the 2 seats have only been held by 4 different people since 1959. Just more evidence that we need term limits in Congress.

Since and prior to statehood - It includes the 65 years before becoming a state when they had a non-voting delegate in the House. Even then, they were represented by a non-native Alaskan. Closest they came was some guy who was born in Canada but even he was of white European descent.

All totally believable to cuz after all the failed get trump missions they all still have all the credibility in the world.

Buncha dingleberrys

Joementum doesn't seem to be doing much for one of the most high profile Dems on the ballot this fall. Seems a bit odd, doesn't it? After all these huge wins and the biggest economic boom since the post WWII era, if not of all time...

Unrelated to this particular post, but kind of appropriate for this thread...I just saw a recent headline that your boy Larry Elder is considering a run for President in 2024.

He did go to uofm (law school I believe), but I could probably still vote for him - in the general, will be backing DeSantis for the nom (assuming he runs)...

Inflation print for August is 8.3% - markets reacting accordingly after all those idiots bought stocks after reading Paul Krugman and listening to Joe Biden the last couple weeks. They're all puking their positions today.

Twitter shareholders OK Musk's $44B takeover bid. Probably a good move on their part.

How is Twitter worth $44B? Remember Myspace? $44B seems like a pretty risky investment in a social media co.

one of the only stocks that's up today in this blood bath. Up almost 1% in a really ugly tape - even as a Twitter whistle blower testifies before Congress about certain irregularities he observed while at the company. Still, market cap is just under $32B at this stock price. Musk is still litigating to either get out or get a lower price. Will be interesting to watch it play out. Court date is set for next month (for now).

8.3% despite Biden's war time oil reserve dump. Yikes.
