he thinks hes back to his auburn ways but hasn't even stepped onto the field yet
hes out cause of sleep apnea surgery?

I would think (hope) that the surgery would help him breathe easier, giving him a boost of stamina. He always looked like he was struggling to breathe through his facemask. Never been a big fan of his, but the talent is there. We'll see if the new coaches can bring it out in his 4th season...finally.

Sleep apnea is serious business, but i wouldn't expect you to know that.

sleep apnea should mean hes awake...might as well go practice!

What?! Ummmm do you even know what sleep apnea is, dude? You can straight up die from it you know...cmon man lol. It's no joke..

I guess he's lost 30lbs, too. Maybe he's finally serious?

Hopefully. Contract year, getting singled out by your GM, pride maybe. A mixture of things....i expect a huge year from him and i don't give 2 fucks if he's chasing that paper...lol.

Say he has a monster year. What do you think they are willing to pay him to resign him. I am assuming we have Suh resigned some time in July.

Honestly? If Suh re-ups and Fairley kills it? Fairley is history. How could they afford him, right? He'll probably ask for close to Geno Atkins money.

Bottom line....you can't lose both DTs.

I actually think its perfect timing to lose both DTs if youre looking to a change to the 3-4 ...which this draft definitely suggested.

Lose Suh and Fairley. Reid and potentially Jones at DE. Draft/FA for a NT. Poof!, you have a new 3 man front....doesn't need much tweaking and you just saved yourself about 40 mil in cap room between suh and a new fairley deal.

Van Noy and Ansah on the outside. Levy and Tully inside. thatll work for now....

Put Ansah at De and Webster at rush lb in passing situations.

I wouldnt think so but what is Fairley making this year. Suh is counting 22 mil towards the cap. So I think you could get them both for a combined 24 mil a year. Dont think they would tie that much up in the line but who knows.

if suh wanted to be here we would have extended already and if fairley wanted to be here he wouldn't be all giddy about getting a new deal faster than everyone else in his draft class. They go out and win 6 games next year while underachieving like they did in 2013 and they'll both be gone.

But they haven't come out and said they were going to switch 100%. They're just mixing in some 3-4 for now. Losing both DTs of their talent would be disastrous to this team. Gotta reup one of them...it's a must.

Then you're moving Ansah to LB? Not sure about that. Sure, he's probably athletic enough but does he have the skillset to do it? Maybe...idk. Tulloch and Levy would get murdered inside too....they're not big enough or talented enough IMO. And banking on Reid is a stretch too...

Funny how you rip this team to shreds, but you think with most of the same players that they can automatically swith to a 3-4 and be ok.....FOR NOW lol.

Suh has said he wants to stay and a deal should be done. Getting a deal done "already" doesn't mean he wants out....

I have read a few articles on Suh's contract and they all say some time in July. There is not rush to get it done right now. He is going to be the highest paid DT in the league and Im ok with that. Fairley who knows with him. He shows flashes but needs to put in a full 16 games and be dominant. If he does I think he is gone.

I am just looking forward to out corners playing press-man and hope they give our line that extra second to go from a pressure to a sack. We have 3 first round picks on the line 2 of which are top 5.

Fairley is making 1.7+ mill in 2014
