Tigers Spring Training 1955

Thanks for posting this Bob. This is new on YouTube?
A couple of old guys here with the Tigers Van Patrick the announcer in 1949, and then from 1952 to 1959. Muddy Ruel was a catcher for the Tigers '31 and '32, and then the GM from '54 to '56. Charlie Gehringer the GM before Muddy and John McHale after him. Tigers trainer Jack Homel (spelling) was the trainer for years, Some old time players with Ferris Fain '55 and his high career OBP and Steve Gromek who came from the Indians the Tigers '53 to '57. Most of you know or have heard of Harvey Kuenn, and he was my favorite shortstop for the Tigers from '52 to '59 before the trade for Rocky Colavito, batting champ for the home run champ.
He led the American League in hits 4 times and won the batting title in '59. Bucky Harris is a manager for a few teams besides the Tigers. Al Kaline looked so young.
Today marks the 5 year anniversary of his passing. sigh......

No problem Ron. I have never seen this either. It makes me wonder what other gems are out there.
