Oh I like Toussaint. He's name is a little long and we need a nickname for him, but I do like him and think he can be a great back IF he can stay healthy...(looking at you, Brandon Minor.)

I'm just more grumbling about how it took 8 games to find 1 back when we heard all spring and summer that they want to settle on one back. This reminds me of days of yore when it'd be midseason and we'd still be having position battles.

That and I just like to grumble every now and then about something.

Toussaint was the leader of the Haitian revolution, in the latter half of the 18th Century.

His other name was Louverture, so maybe we could make Louverture Fitzy's nickname...

i was thinking something like...FT

Now if they could only settle on a qb...

Yeah, when are they going to solve THAT problem?

#thingsthatdonotneedaddressingthisseason

I am impressed you know about hash-tagging things.

is Fitz not a short enough nickname?

as Tinsel pointed out, Toussaint is French. However, he is not from Louisiana, Quebec, or Haiti, but Youngstown, OH.

And here I thought #1 was reserved for wideouts

you realize #1 just means that he's the feature back, not that he's getting the #1 jersey?

i'm sensing some sarcasm in your post, but i thought i'd correct you anyway. lol

i wonder if a 5 star just comes out and says I want #1 if they'd give it to him.

I wonder how many really good players have even worn the #1 at UM. Only ones that come to mind are AC, Terrell and Braylon.....anyone else?

Derrick Alexander.

I guess Fitz would work, except there's this guy named JB Fitzgerald.

Aren't they coming out with a movie about that. "Toussaint"

slated for 2013, Danny Glover's project. Looks like it's not even in pre-production yet, they might not even be done with the preliminary script, and apparently they haven't cast anybody yet, either...

The Ragin' Haitian?

Not sure where his name comes from. French Caribbean, French Canadian, Cajun, etc.
