Good luck at Arizona RR! Sorry you are still feeling the sting of rejection. A little advice, you will never be successful until you put it behind you and move on. We have put the past three disasterous years behind us and look what a great season we had this year. Take the good things that you learned from your time at Michigan and try to incorporate them into the AZ program. You could make AZ into the Michigan of the southwest! Wouldn't that be great?!
