Just turned 28. Still time to make a career

IMO, Fulmer has not made any significant adjustments to his delivery that will protect his arm, and that caused his arm problems. He seems to have dropped his hips slightly, but the upper body mechanics remain unaltered.

So I stand by this, but I hope I am wrong
