I'm glad it's on Monday night but Thursday GB-Seattle. Sunday night two good teams and MNF is the Lions and the Giants. Kind of sad for MNF.

My nerves are already fucking with me, lol. Gonna be a long 30 hours

Packers lose
Bears lose
Vikings win
Michigan lost
Spartans lost
Time running out for the tigers to get a streak going
Lions "should" beat the giants Monday, I stress should

hard to tell what the pack will turn out to be since they played SEA who was domintate in every phase.....I thought SEA would slip a bit with the loss of like half their defense to FA....they looked good.

In the end I think it will come down to the pack n the lions for the division. Followed by Min 3rd. Bears look awful....they remind me of last years Lions team....great potential on offense led by a qb that makes too much mistakes and a defense that just cant make plays.

Then go to fn bed, you debbie downer. Geezus!!

To non Lions fans, the Lions offense is a pretty good draw for a national game. It's a little different when you root for the team, we can tend to focus more on the negatives.

The Giants have a good fanbase and a great history. This is a pretty good game for ESPN, I'd say.

Remember last years season opener? Jax and Cle on Thursday night. Sheesh

No one says damn, Lions, yep i'll be there. And the Giants suck. Like I said I'm glad the Lions are on but this is not a good Nationally televised game.

Yeah, cuz nobody enjoys watching teams that are in shootouts. I want to watch a game where field goals are the only points scored

How do you know it's going to be a shoot out..? People will watch because its football..but this is not a must watch.

Like it or not.....NYG have a massive following and everyone wants to watch Megatron. You'll also grab a few West Coast fans that still follow Reggie Bush. It's not SF/SEA.....but it's a solid early game on the first weekend.

I just wish it were an 8:30 game. This 7:10 crap is throwin me off.

Fortunately I'm back in Michigan. A 4:10 would have really messed up my schedule..

I love the 7:00 start time. Catch the Tigers at 4:00 and then watch the Lions game. 8:30 games get over too late.

Plus the fantasy implications.

CJ, Stafford, Bush, Cruz are all starting in every league, with as big as FF is people will be watching to see how their league turns out.
