Glad they won... I think Stafford is a really good QB but the coaches needed to realize earlier what the rams were doing... They were bating MS into throwing those out patterns... Oh well a win is a win... Now we need revenge verses the 49ers!!!!!!

So relieved they pulled this out cuz I really didn't want to start 0-2 I don't expect a win next week and that's ok..

St. Louis really helped us out by throwing it on 3rd down and stopping the clock...let's us keep our 1 TO and let's us go for the win instead.

We stuffed the run all day. 27 carries for 78 yards. 9 yards was Jackson's longest run and 11 yards was the longest run for the Rams all day. That was really good to see. And Smith was really effective for us today...13 carries for 62 yards.

Yup...and the sack they gave up was really Staff's fault for not stepping up in the pocket. They even created some running room.

Don't have DirectTV; went out to catch the end of the game at Soup's Bar and Grill (Jeff Suppan, the former Major League Baseball pitcher's jernt) with the wife after our boxing gym workout.

Freakin' I bought a Lion's cap from that place next to old Tiger Stadium (on the internet), and I forgot to wear it!

Oh well, was wearing Michigan gear instead.

Yeah...just not durable enough to be an every down back. Once Leshoure gets back and if (miracle of miracles) Best returns, suddenly this team has a very deep running core. That last thing is a big if, though.
