Game 11: Lions @ Patriots Thread

Caldwell is losing this team due to his lack of male parts. Caldwell allowing 20+ seconds to run off of the clock to the 2 minute warning, and Staffords expression said it all. The players have completely lost faith in Caldwell's style of play. I have too.

I don't see an issue with that call. Two minutes is plenty of time with three timouts. There is really nothing that happens differently on that drive if they got off a play or two before the two minute warning.

He's made plenty of stupid mistakes just don't think that was one of the .

Well...nothing I didn't expect to happen. Stafford sucked and the Lions got blown out. On to next week.

Does anybody know for a fact who called plays during the 4th quarter comebacks? Were the coaches calling the plays or was that actually Stafford out there creating?

I don't see the coaches calling plays for 55 minutes and giving it to Matt in the end..

The problem is can Joe even change anything.. First year Coordinator... With respect going out the window with each passing day. He has to figure it out by Thursday or we are toast...

Imagine if we didn't manage to find a decent kicker. We could have been shutout 2 weeks in a row.

Stafford stunk but he still threw 3 tds. Fucking sick of drops. Defense allowed curls all day. They will rebound. Time to get hot at home

Will enjoy pack pats next Sunday too

Fixed it for ya

fauria and ross passes should have been caught. CJ pass was a combination of good coverage, bad pass and shitty route ran. Fuller was looking inside...not easy to adjust and look directly over your head/slightly outside when youre 60 yards away. A good WR probably makes that catch....but I didn't expect fuller to....he clearly didn't see the ball.

All good throws. Catch the fucking ball. I feel bad for stafford. Talent but drop city still

It doesn't really matter who made a drop and whether or not the throw was bad. This team as a whole sucks, plain and simple. They have one strength and that is the D-line and if they can't penetrate then the secondary will get picked apart, especially over the middle. The O just sucks all the way around.

Exactly. It's usually Staff hate vs Staff love but the fact is, on the whole, the offense is bad. Blame it on the WR LKP, or the OL..in the end the offense stinks.

Three drops in endzone plus a missed field goal that led to pats 3. And the Mosley penalty. We will rebound against the weak

Now that we've given up the divisional lead to a red hot Packers team it might not matter if we rebound next week. Win out or the Lions are toast
