Game 13: Bears @ Lions Thread

Ran clock and scored a td. Not sure what the fuck these announcers are talking about. Job well done.

Beautifully done.

And these announcers are idiots with their clock talk. 3 TOs on 1st and goal, all you need is :20 to get off 4 plays if you need them.

Right! They had a minute left and we're at the 20 with 3 tos. Of course we let it run.

Anyone else think Staffords hand is effecting him?

This will sound funny......his balls just don't look the same today.y

Yes, I suspect that finger is not 100% now, hopefully that won't linger for weeks

What is it with this team and the final two minutes of halfs? I guess if you're going to play your best football that's the time to do it.

Right? We score TDs from our 20 in less time than that

He absolutely caught that. He possessed it took a step dove and rolled forward and lost it when getting up.

Pretty sure the rule is that if you're going to the ground......you need to possess it all the way through.

Either way.....I'll take it!

Not in that case because the catch was made outside the endzone. He maintained possession and crossed the goal line. That kills the play.

Veteran route from Lions WR Anquan Boldin on the TD catch.
Align in the slot, take an inside release then stem outside to gain leverage. Boldin is a matchup advantage for the Lions vs. this Bears secondary.
Detroit takes a 10-3 late in the second quarter.
